Hybrid Career Development Center Initiatives formerly known as Hybrid Career Development Initiatives is a non-for-profit organization with a mission to connect young people to career training opportunities specifically designed to help foster youth access to apprenticeship programs, which offer a steady path to full-time employment or become an entrepreneur in a highly-skilled trade.
HCDI will assist young adults to acquire the life-changing skills and attitudes needed to overcome challenging circumstances, find sustainable employment, and become valuable contributors to their families, their employers, and the community at large.
As a leader at your place of work, your home, and a concerned parent, we all understand the pressing need for making the community better by equipping our youths with the right information that helps in developing a more safer and productive leaders in the society.
HCDI will provide services needed in the AFIJIO and Oyo regions, to train young adults and develop a strong economic base that will ultimately lead to economic self-sufficiency and reduce crime in the local area.
